LOG CABIN BBQ® restaurant offers both dine-in and carry-out services, as well as complete catering services. Our most popular items are the hickory smoked barbecued ribs and the pulled pork.

Unique Features
We smoke our fresh barbeque daily. The meat is hand rubbed with our spices, slowly smoked for 12-14 hours with genuine 100 % hickory, and burned in a separate chamber so that wood particles and ash never touch the meat.

We use an old-fashioned 12-14 hour smokehouse cooking method, but state of the art electronic controls automatically regulate heat, moisture and smoke content. You will get the exact same high quality food each and every time you order at our LOG CABIN BBQ® restaurant in Lawrenceville.
